What’s the best city “around” Naperville Illinois with excellent schools and affordable housing?

By affordable, I mean 200-250 for a starter home…but a city that has GREAT schools and is very safe… keep in mind that I’d like to live closer to Chicago…moreso than further away…so places like Aurora, Joliet or Oswego are NOT an option…

    I think Warrenville. Its cheaper than Naperville but right next door. Wheaton is good too but a little farther north.
