NW suburbs (Schaumburg area) - 3bd/1ba 1700 sq ft ranch - $350,000. Nice area, good schools, low crime.

SW suburbs (Joliet/Plainfield) - 4bd/3ba 2700 sq ft 2-story - $250,000. Nice sub-division, good schools, low crime.
